My favourite things about public speaking? First, I love connecting with the listeners. It's important for me to relate to the audience and gain their trust. Sharing stories, motivating the audience to master their mindset, blended with a clear, concise & consistent presentation is how i deliver a talk. I like to make sure that my audience has some 'take home' ideas that can work easily into their daily work lives, home lives and beyond. Positive Psychology is a Practice.
